Right of Withdrawal

Information about your right of withdrawal and the form to submit a withdrawal request.

In short: You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because we start protecting at your request right away, you pay a proportionate amount for the days until you withdraw – we refund the rest. Just want to end a subscription without withdrawing? That works any time, effective at the end of the term, under “Cancel contracts here”.

Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (blackprotect – Muhammed Türkmen, c/o Online-Impressum 5442, Europaring 90, 53757 Sankt Augustin, Deutschland, email: contact@blackprotect.net) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically on our website (blackprotect.net/widerruf). If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
